I took my car in because I was having issues. Of course, they did not happen while I was there. The gentleman helping was honest and said that it will cost me because the error did not happen for him and didnt think it would happen again for that day. He told me when or if it gets worse to come back. That kind of honesty is what makes me go backwards

I took my car to an Ames dealership 8 times and they never actually figured out what was wrong with it. Took it to Dewey and they figured it out on the 1st try. I'm definitely going there for all of my vehicle needs from now on.

They had to replace a sensor and the DTCM and they got it done and now my vehicle is working great had to wait ok part but other then that everything else was great

Staff was very accommodating! I drove in and asked for service without an appointment, used my advantage care package purchased through the Dewey Ford store next door. Ford could not get me that morning and was blasé. Great communication from Dakota. Shuttle was already out on a route but another employee grabbed a second shuttle car to get me to an appointment nearby. Kinda helpful with getting the wire pins for my TIPM connector, my truck is a 2010, said they couldn’t look anything up for my year????!!!! Had to eyeball the wire pins and hope for the best—— truck still having a problem.

Waited for my truck while they changed the oil. Waiting room was clean and well maintained. The technician sent me a video of the underside of my truck and described the inspection as he changed the oil, which was great!
Found what I wanted and was able to get it done simply. No hassles on trying to uncharted all those extra plans and services while I was signing...made the experience a lot better. Salesman was helpful and made sure every thing I asked for was done, looked into and taken care of.

I feel they did a good service overall. I never did hear back regarding a quote they were supposed to give me for a repair I requested. But the inspection they did seemed very thorough and the service advisor was very nice

I was happy with service. Communication with me was not good. Sent a text saying I could text questions etc. I did there was never a response unless I called in.
They were very helpful with helping my wife find the jeep she wanted, with the options and color she wanted. They were patient when we asked the same questions trying to understand all the car options
