Great experience with Jared. This is the 2nd vehicle i have bought from him at Dewey in 5 years. There was no back and forth with the sales and finance managers (which i hate) giving me numbers that didnt work! We simply found the truck, i told him what i would like for trade value and monthly payment and the deal was done. Signing docs was smooth and I would definately buy from Jared again.

Work they do is always good. However, the service advisors' communication is severely lacking. No updates on what they found during diagnostics, getting notified that vehicle is ready but you haven't been told what was found or what they recommend as a fix and when you finallybreach out because they don't you don't hear back from anyone whether you reach out via text or phone. My last 3 experiences have been this way. Very disappointing in their recent customer service

You see that negative review a few months ago by Austyn Burfeind? Google his name - He's a salesman for Billion Buick GMC in Sioux Falls, SD. He's just upset the same dealership he works for sold him an overpriced used GMC Sierra at 9% interest.

I took my 2020 Jeep Cherokee to Dewey Dodge for service due to multiple warning lights on the dash. Tom, the service advisor, was honest and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it by the next day, and kept me informed throughout the process. Iāve always had bad experiences with dealers they over charge me and donāt keep me informed Tom was very honest and knowledgeable if you need to service your car ask for Tom.

Took my 2017 Jeep in Tuesday 19th to have 2 new Tierods and suspension done, that part went well, took 2 days. Now the funny part, I got a call from Tom saying it was done but takes up to 48hrs for my warranty to pay (never heard that before with my warranty cause used before elsewhere) and he was waiting for them to approve the card to pay my stuff, anyway was told my part was $300.00 meaning $100.00 for each, umm no I only pay $100.00 deductible whether one Tierod or both, inner or outer and suspension according to my bought warranty, so next ... This is more of a review for the service department as I have not experienced sales, etc, here. I've been getting my oil changed here since I moved to Iowa 3 years ago. The staff is always very nice and courteous. And, the Dewey locations have a special oil change package which includes 3 oil changes (and a bunch of other perks) for about $200. Considering my car runs on full synthetic, it's a great deal.

The Dewey service department is excellent! We have a vehicle that weāve taken to a reputable shop in Ankeny for electrical repair. He couldnāt fix it and recommend Dewey. Dewey fixed it immediately along with other issues we had requested. They sent me a video showing what they were repairing/replacing. Super pleased with their service!

I recently brought my jeep into the dealership to get some work done on the battery. Nolan was my contact as my car was getting worked on. He was very helpful and always made himself available if I had questions. Thank you for the professional service, Dewey!

Overall, we'd definitely recommend this dealership! Justin was great to work with throughout the entire process, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Do your research and know what your trade-in is worth and be ready to haggle on the trade-in value (the Sales Manager told us they're a "no-haggle" dealership, so don't expect them to budge on the sticker price) and you'll probably end up with a "Tonight Only" final offer from them. 2019 wrangler they charge 100 to see if itās covered by warranty. Bought new from them, they are the only ones who have worked on it. I bought extended warranty. Issue with seat latch broke. Frozen screen. Jeep payment 700 a month. Yet I pay for them to see whoās bill it is? Itās all my bill. I paid for all of it. Why 100 more? Asked a lot more questions. Still not happy. Seat not covered (most likely) frozen screen has to do it for them⦠upgrade not covered.

Friendly quick experience.

Grant was the best! He was very friendly and helpful. My Jeep was in for service for 2 1/2 weeks and Grant made sure I had a rental even though there weren't any available. Dewey took care of the rental as well. The service techs changed in the midst of my service so it seemed like maybe communication was forgotten. I didn't hear from anyone for a week and then I had to make the call for an update. Again Grant stepped in and smoothed that over. I give Grant a 5 * rating for his customer service.


Jared was very helpful and understanding with helping me get my new Jeep at a price I could afford.

My 2014 Jeep wouldnāt go into gear reliably and had a throttle control warning light. After a week in the dealerās service center, the issue was diagnosed as a weak battery. They charged more than $600. In the past I would have done this work myself (a lot faster and for a lot less money) and the issue was more straightforward to diagnose myself or with the help of an auto parts store.

The ENTIRE staff was friendly and helpful! Hayleigh made the process so easy and James got the financing we needed!! Thank you so much!!
